Donnington Valley developed their previous website in-house in 2013. Whilst it was fully functional at the time, it did not give visitors a good first impression and wasn’t responsive on mobile devices. We felt the modern user journey was missing.
There was no logic behind the buying process, from reaching the homepage, through to booking. As a result, Donnington Valley was experiencing a worrying drop in online reservations.
