Online PR
Online PR is a time-intensive process and the benefits are best felt over a period of time. We employ a number of techniques to maximise exposure from third party websites to place eye catching news articles, podcasts or other content regarding our client’s business and offerings. In many cases it is possible to create news stories, spending time working with the client to create a story of general interest, and then distribute these stories, following the traditional model of submitting news to an online editor.
Many of the most popular websites are now built around ‘user generated content’. These sites often consist of thousands or millions of users grouped into online communities of people with shared interests. By joining these communities, it’s easy to post and feed in positive PR messages about a service or product that we’re marketing via a news story, video clip footage or podcast. In a similar subtle way, we would approach forum boards, blogs and article sites, taking care not to fall foul of the non-commercial nature of many of these websites. However, for some clients it is possible to submit, or request reviews on third party websites. An approach which is very useful for certain market places.
