Clockwork's online booking system is the perfect addition to any hotel website. It is a flexible, feature-rich booking engine, designed to sit seamlessly alongside your existing hotel website and enable you to easily manage and promote your availability - commission free!
The system provides a calendar based availability tool for website users to check room rates and availability, with support for multiple room types. The dates are managed by a user login area where rates and availability can be set and amended via an easy to use control panel. Online and available 24/7, it has an exceptional power to turn 'lookers' into 'bookers' any time of the day or night.
Secure online payment is supported, with integration with Protx, Worldpay or SagePay. Alternatively, the system can send email details of reservations with payment handled outside of the system.
- Flexible date and room search functions, with ‘next best’ alternatives presented, if no availability is returned.

Terms: The prices quoted are subject to VAT and are payable annually in advance by standing order, with the set-up fee being payable at the project outset. Please note that we will never charge you any commission.
